         How it can work for you:

1.    At your schedule, I will arrive to your home for an initial consultation to discuss all menu choices in detail and the number of meals desired.  During this time, any food restrictions and/or preferences will be logged into a personal file for future use.

2.    On the scheduled cook date, I purchase all of the items needed for the day from your favorite local grocery store.

3.   Once I arrive with all of the groceries, I set up, cook, and cool down all of the meals. Then I pack your meals in individual containers with labels and detailed heating instructions.  Before I leave, I make sure everything is as I found it, and, of course, the kitchen is left spotless.
